Here’s a random little piece, but I have been thinking about this a lot lately and what better way to express one’s thoughts than to put them down into words?
YouTube Gaming was a really big thing not too long ago – such that almost everyone wanted to bank-in on it one way or another. But now things have changed, and I really can’t say it has been for the better.

The Trine series of games has been quite dear to me since my boyfriend introduced the sequel to me a few years ago. Its not very often that you get a puzzle role-playing game where you have to use the different abilities of such an eccentric bunch of characters and its not often that you get to share that experience with someone else. And now, Frozenbyte has brought back Zoya the Thief, Pontius the Knight and Amadeus the Wizard for a new 2.5D adventure in The Nightmare Prince.

I love playing Pokémon GO. At least, I used to until I started to feel like it was unfair… I wasn’t rewarded for my continued support of the game and the longer I played, the more it became apparent. The more apparent it became, the more I got bored and the more I lost faith.
Over a year and a half ago, while I was working at my previous job, I wrote a piece about why I love playing the game. Oh, how times have changed…

I’ve been looking forward to this game forever, as I’m sure everyone else in the gaming community has. Last week, Melbourne-based House House has finally launched Untitled Goose Game on the same day as Link’s Awakening and this little indie company has topped the charts.

Boy, Nintendo sure have been banging out titles like there’s no tomorrow. Not too long ago we had Fire Emblem and here now we have Astral Chain. This Switch-exclusive kept me from sleeping on a 12-hour flight and some subsequent nights after, I was hooked as soon as I had my hands on this game.
Fire Emblem was a hit, and I predict that this might be too.

Lannisters, Starks, Targaryens… Oh my!
This is a title I completely did not see coming (mostly because I’m not glued to social media). Medieval Tinder-simulator Reigns is back with a bigger kingdom for you to rule: Westeros. That’s right, this time you’re sitting on the Iron Throne itself and swiping it Game of Thrones style. I saw this on the App Store, during its pre-order period, and I’ve never tapped a purchase button so quick for a game in my life.
